All Slot Machines are shipped right to your door using the most economical freight carrier available depending on your zip code and other factors. Your shipment will be assigned a tracking number. You will be able to track your purchase on-line once a tracking number has been issued by the freight carrier. The crating fee has now been included in the price of your machine purchase. We fully comply with all state and federal laws and Regulations pertaining to the gaming equipment we sell. The information referenced below is believed to be accurate to the best of our knowledge. Returns/Refund Policies
We ship only quality items free of defects.
All used slot machine sales are considered final and cannot be refunded or returned. The exchange of any part(s) or item(s) may be allowed however the customer must follow our return procedures and Guidelines exactly.
1. Used and Refurbished items are final and can not be returned or refunded.
2. New product (Parts) sales may be returned for an equal exchange of another item or parts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. E-proms and electrical parts are sold “As Is” and not returnable for exchange or refunds as we can not be certain these items will be installed correctly.
4. All Refunds and exchanges must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase, and are subject to all of our return/ refund provisions and penalties listed herein.
5. To initiate a return or exchange you must contact us by calling 928-565-slot. Do Not return or send anything back to us prior to contacting us and obtaining a RMA# and specific return instructions.
6. All shipping cost and return shipping charges are paid by the customer and no refunds will be made on any shipping cost or portions of any order as it is related to any shipping fees or shipping costs.
7. All returns in the excess of $100.00 must be shipped and insured for the full value against damages. The costs of reshipping any item to you in the event of the merchandise exchange is also your responsibility. We will not pay for any shipping charges what so ever. (Few exceptions may apply).
8. Items retuned for either exchange or refund must be in there original condition and shipped back in there original packaging to be acceptable for exchange. Credits and refunds are issued only after return is received and inspected by us and are in sellable condition. In the event the item is returned used or, because of its returned condition, must be repackaged for resale, a 25% restocking fee will be charged in the event the return item is no longer in saleable condition, the item (s) will be returned to you and no credit or exchange will be permitted unless you informed the deliver company of delivery damages on the original arrival.
9. Note: all special orders will be charged a 50% nonrefundable deposit will be made before any custom order can begin.
10. Once a return item is received, we will credit back to the buyers credit card or an exchange made in accordance with our term stated above.
11. If customer refuses shipment on slot machine, customer is responsible for shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee on the slot machine.
Damaged Items
It is the customers responsibility to inspect all shipments when being delivered
Report any damages to us immediately! Report shipping related damage directly to the shipping or Freight Company and also notify us so there is no delays.Notification of damages must be made to us within 5 days of receipt of damage goods, And customer is responsible for notifying the delivery company of shipping damages. Keep all shipping materials as they will be needed to show the shipping company. It is very important that you notify us immediately of any damages so we can properly advise you. To speed the damage goods claim process you can e-mail us with pictures showing the damages found to upon receipt of the pictures we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped and we will advise you what to do with the damage item. |
